Happiness depends on the emotions that inhabit you and the thoughts that inhabit you. Our happiness largely depends on the decisions we make, on the feelings that dwell in us that make us take them and how close we are to that supreme source, that infinite light of our being. So how can we build happiness? Habits are very important aspects of our happiness, they are those rituals that we do daily and that, building our destiny, our decisions generate our style, so we have to make an effort not to follow those negative thoughts of their misperceptions and those actions that do not generate well-being for our person.

Estudia tibetano en el Instituto Manjusri en Darjeeling, India; mientras vivía en un pequeño monasterio Budistas en la India, continúa aprendiendo de diversas tradiciones chamánicas en México y Norteamérica, otras orientales y del sufismo(tradición islámica). Después de haber hecho numerosos retiros y practicado meditación y filosofía desde mi infancia Lopon Trine Nyma Rimpoche le concedió el reconocimiento de Lama, que significa: “el que contiene las enseñanzas de la madre, del todo, del infinito”.

HOW CAN WE BE MORE SPIRITUAL?
- Take time to be with yourself: Rejuvenate and nourish your spirit by listening to relaxing music or reading an inspiring book.
- Help those in need. When you help others, you automatically connect better with the rest of humanity. You can do volunteer work in an Organization or Civil Association, donate food to a food bank, collect resources or tasks of social participation.
- Practice gratitude: There are so many things to be thankful for in life. Take time to reflect on it and acknowledge how lucky you are to have family, friends, and other opportunities in life.
- Practice full attention (mindfulness): . Know your environment and be aware of yourself within that environment. Enjoy the colors and smells of nature that is around you. Enjoy the feeling of the rain falling on your nose and the wind blowing in your face.
- Express yourself If you still do not dedicate time to artistic or expressive activities then do it now, learn to dance, sing, play a musical instrument or take art or painting classes. Doing so will put you in touch with the creative side of your brain.
