Mediation level – I – Relaxation and Concentration

Meditation level IV – Emotions
The transformation of thought and mental images, to reach optimal states of joy.
Emotions are a fundamental part of our life because our human experience is lived through what we feel.
There is a triangle of our human existence that is what:

- behavioral habits
These three aspects dominate our experience of being human, which if lived with the acceptance of change, manage our pains and sorrows in a healthy way and then our experience in this body and spirit can be a beautiful journey.
Meditation level V – Imagination and Sound
How to use imagination appropriately?
We will learn how to evolve in the states of consciousness of the four immeasurable, powerful universal mantras for the transformation of energy.
If you follow body patterns you create disharmony, chaos, suffering around you, if you discover your inner peace you generate that around you.

The bardo and the transference of consciousness (of dying well)
Life is a dream, it’s a preparation for dead, life is fast, joyful journey.

All religions believe in transcendence. Buddhism describes very clearly the moment in which we die and the phases we go through until we incarnate in the next body; this is called ‘bard’.
The Tibetan word “bardo” literally means “intermediate state” or “transitional state”. There are also many bardos, which are states of mind and stages within our life.
The bardo’s teachings are not intended solely for Buddhists. We can see this in psychology. All beings, Buddhist or not, are right now in one of the six states of the bardo. These bardos comprise the present life, the death process, the state after death, and the search for a new rebirth. At the present moment, we are in the bardo that begins at birth and ends at death. We need to prepare for this moment. But this bard will be succeeded by others. Therefore, whether we are Buddhists or not, it is important to study the teachings relating to the different bardos. Knowing a description of the different states of the bardo, reflecting and delving into this teaching, and exercising the practices it shows, prepare us to face all these experiences. Also how to send our mind to higher estes of being.
Transference of Consciousness, is one of the most direct methods to be able to reach Enlightenment at the moment of death, or allow us to have a good rebirth, where we can continue again with our spiritual path in our next existence.
